  1. I disagree. It is only in your brainless mind that Prince is not making a huge impact in death. It’s obvious that you are in severe denial. Prince has already beaten MJ on both the digital song charts and has a record 19 tiles on the US Billboard, 14 titles on the UK album charts. Michael Jackson had only 7 regular albums released between 1979 to 2009. The rest were greatest hits albums that you dopey fans already have. That is why Prince is selling 4 million or more albums every 3 days since his death on April 21st. Prince has broken all previous records for deceased artists. His catalogue is massive. You can cry all you want, but Prince has taken over. Paisley Park will soon be open for business. The new Graceland.

Neverland sits abandoned and is still for sale. It is secluded from the rest of civilization because your hero had something to hide. Too bad, huh?

    • 11 albums in the uk charts – 37 songs on the charts

      prince not even close

go back to your lies and fantasies- bowie and adele fan

    • you are predicting the future again — elvis and prince are two different worlds
elvis had ten times more fans as prince
      dont go there
elvis is a legend and prince is a prince

    • did you know that the very best of prince ( with 5 number one hits ) is also a greatest hits album lol

  2. Michael Jackson made only 7 complete albums between 1979 to 2009, which is 30 years. “This Is Shit” are the previously released studio versions as well. And yet, he has 4 greatest hits collections with the same material on them. Of course, “King Of Pop” is a British title, not sold in the US. Prince made 39 complete studio releases of new material since 1978. More songs for Prince, more sales down the road. So Michael Jackson fans buy songs they already have up to 4 times?

That is definitely a bad value. Wacko was lazy and loved to rip off his brainless fans. Prince is easily destroying Michael Jackson.

  3. Prince’s “Dirty Mind” was recorded in 1980 and is considered a classic 5 star masterpiece by fans and critics alike. Just because Prince composed a song about incest, does not mean that he was sleeping with his sister. In reality, Joseph did it with his daughter LaToya, because she is on record of claiming physical, emotional and sexual abuse from the hands of Joseph. He also beat Michael Jackson constantly. Prince died fully clothed in his elevator, while Wacko died nude in his own bodily waste, begging Dr Murray for “more milk.” It is hilarious how you Michael Jackson fans still insist on throwing stones, especially since Wacko has the most embarrassing celebrity death of all time.

    • LETS GO BACK TO THE 11 ALBUMS – WHICH CANT BE TRUE
DONT CHANGE SUBJECTS – ADMIT YOUR WRONG

    • prince said in an interview it was based on his relationship with his ister
come on dont make it so easy for me
damn i need a good opponent not somebody i have already beaten in the king of music forum

  5. Prince’s impact is in the shear volume of music releases in his catalogue.

37 Michael Jackson songs reaching the top 100 is a gross fabrication from a Michael Jackson fan site can not be a record. Of course, it is very similar to claiming that Michael Jackson sold over a billion records since his untimely death in 2009. That is impossible in a world of internet piracy. We all know that Billboard has Adele, Taylor Swift and One Direction as the world’s biggest selling artists. They would not be saying that if Wacko was actually selling a billion in seven years. “Xscape” failed to hit number one worldwide and was only certified gold. “Off The Wall” reissue sold nothing. So where is Michael Jackson?

Prince is selling in record numbers right this moment from real hardcore sales. No need for hype, over inflations or overblown fabrications. Prince has a massive catalog, Michael Jackson does not.

    • now you know hat impact is , stop bothering us with prince , adele and bowie.

How would Wacko have recharted in the UK with 11 titles at the time of his pathetic death in June/July of 2009 with more than his entire output?

You Michael Jackson fans inflate, fabricate and fantasize of an unbeatable woodpecker from various Michael Jackson fan sites. They do not count as truth. However, “Prince Beats Michael Jackson’s Digital Song Sales Record And Charted Re Entries” IS what everyone is talking about. In the first 3 days of Prince’s death, he sold 4 million. By the end of this month, Pince should be on target of selling at least 25 million discs worldwide. Compare that to the 9 to 12 million albums Michael Jackson sold to date in 7 years.

Prince easily eclipses Michael Jackson. Your constant lies fail.

  7. On 5 July, thirty-seven Michael Jackson songs reached the Top 100 (beating last week’s record of twenty-eight), thirteen of which reached the Top 40, breaking Elvis Presley’s record of seven, the highest of those was “Man in the Mirror” which reached number two, it was beaten to number one by Cascada with “Evacuate the Dancefloor”, which knocked the previous week’s number one “Bulletproof” by La Roux down to number three.

In the Album Chart, a total of eleven Michael Jackson albums reached the Top 100, with The Essential

    IMPACT

  8. June[edit]

On the first chart of June, Black Eyed Peas regained the number one spot from Dizzee Rascal after Britain’s Got Talent winners, Diversity danced to it in their winning routine. Agnes’s debut single in the UK Release Me peaked at number three. Keri Hilson’s follow-up single “Knock You Down” climbed to number six. On 14 June chart, Pixie Lott debuted at number one with her single “Mama Do (Uh Oh, Uh Oh)”. Also on the singles chart, “When Love Takes Over” by David Guetta featuring Kelly Rowland charted at number seven after a rush release due to a “cover” version being released on iTunes, before climbing to the top spot a week later. The cover, by Airi L, charted at number twenty-two. The following week, David Guetta was knocked off the number one spot by a new entry from La Roux; the band’s third single, “Bulletproof”. Also this week, the top one hundred singles chart saw a staggering twenty-eight re-entries from Michael Jackson (six of which reached the top forty), following the singer’s death, which included Earth Song, Thriller, Billie Jean and Man in the Mirror.[1] Lady Gaga’s third single, Paparazzi entered the top five at number four.

Paolo Nutini reached the number one albums spot with his second album Sunny Side Up whilst Daniel Merriweather’s debut album went straight to number two. The next week Kasabian went straight in at number one on the albums chart with West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum. Other high new entries on the albums came from The Black Eyed Peas with The E.N.D. at three and Little Boots with Hands at five. Following the death of “King of Pop” Michael Jackson, his album Number Ones reclaimed the top spot after first reaching number one in 2003. His album, Thriller, also re-entered the top-ten albums chart at number seven. Five other albums by Michael Jackson also re-entered the top one-hundred albums chart, King of Pop, Off the Wall, The Essential Michael Jackson, Thriller 25 and Bad.[2] In this otherwise fairly quiet week, the highest new entry was at number fifteen for The Music Of My Life by Neil Sedaka, while big climbers going back into the top 5 came from Take That with The Circus moving up 12 to 4, and Lady Gaga with The Fame moving up 18 to 5.

Oasis begins the summer stadium leg of their world tour with 3 sold-out homecoming concerts at the 70,000 capacity Heaton Park between 4 to 7 June.

    July[edit]

On 5 July, thirty-seven Michael Jackson songs reached the Top 100 (beating last week’s record of twenty-eight), thirteen of which reached the Top 40, breaking Elvis Presley’s record of seven, the highest of those was “Man in the Mirror” which reached number two, it was beaten to number one by Cascada with “Evacuate the Dancefloor”, which knocked the previous week’s number one “Bulletproof” by La Roux down to number three.

In the Album Chart, a total of eleven Michael Jackson albums reached the Top 100, with The Essential Michael Jackson making it to the top spot. Number One’s and King Of Pop were also both in the top five and Thriller and Off The Wall made the top ten, the highest new entry was La Roux’s self titled debut album which reached number two. With The Essential Michael Jackson knocking Number Ones off the top spot, Jackson became only the third act to ever manage two consecutive #1 albums – the first act to do it was The Beatles who achieved the feat twice, and later Mike Oldfield became the second. Florence and the Machine, with her debut album Lungs, which was released on 6 July, spent five weeks at #2 behind Michael Jackson.

After two weeks at the top spot, “Evacuate the Dancefloor” was knocked to #2 by JLS’ debut single “Beat Again.” The second highest new entry that week came from Chicane, who reached #7 with his trance reworking of “Hoppípolla” by Sigur Rós, entitled “Poppiholla”. 3OH!3 also released debut single “Don’t Trust Me” in the UK and charted at #21, while “21 Guns” by Green Day reached #40 after a twenty place climb on physical release. The following week however, it climbed to #39 as Michael Jackson’s songs dropped. This became the band’s lowest peaking single to date, peaking 15 places lower than previous single “Know Your Enemy”.

JLS continued on to spend a second week at the summit, fighting off competition from the week’s highest new entry, Mr Hudson and Kanye West’s Supernova at #2 and I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas which stayed at #3. With the release of Now 73 that week, five ‘older’ songs re-entered the chart – the highest was Lily Allen with Not Fair at #28. The only other new entry that week was Frankmusik’s Confusion Girl (Shame Shame Shame), and Beyoncé climbed up into the top ten with Sweet Dreams, the fourth top ten single from I Am… Sasha Fierce.

Prince not in the single charts UK- This is what i call Impact – not lies – Facts – Prince who ???????

    • Michael Has also 5 albums in the top ten. So not a Prince record.
I guess You call that inflated oops

      • But Wacko failed to put any title in the top ten in the US. I believe you called Michael Jackson a worldwide artist?

The US is bigger than the UK, and Prince is dominating the Billboard 200 as well as across the pond.

  9. Prince was a normal guy that worked hard making music and became one of the biggest pop stars of all time. The man was married twice, lost a child and experienced a painful hip injury in his later years, which required meds. It certainly is not something most intelligent people are going to hold against him, except for jealous and bitter Wacky Jackson fans. His estate is still @ the early stages of planning to market his legacy. Laugh @ Michael Jackson fans that expect tribute concerts, movies, books and tribute albums when Prince just died on April 21st. The woodpecker’s brainless fans are so desperate to make Michael Jackson look bigger. We all know who is currently taking the music world by storm, and it is not Michael Jackson. RIP Prince. You are looking down and smiling, knowing that you are destroying the dirty dancer once again. This time….forever.

  10. My lovely Justin is the new official kop, move outta the way old timer mj…it’s the new kids that are ruling the charts.

  11. -56 Vote -1 Vote +1The great purple one. 08/05/2016 at 2:40 PM

another record for the adele fan

  12. When Prince died, thousands of world landmarks lit up purple at night in his honor. When Michael Jackson died, the boys orphanages finally opened up their gates….

      • I was @ a big Mother’s day party and everybody was talking about Prince and how great he was. Someone told the hilarious Michael Jackson joke, so I thought I’d share it. It’s so funny, because it’s true. I laugh @ Michael Jackson fans that claim that Prince is not making an impact. Yes, he definitely is. He is easily destroying Wacko. Prince is being honored by millions around the globe, while the dead and forgotten Wacky Jacky remains a disgrace that the whole world continues to laugh at. The ever decreasing Michael Jackson flock rather stay blind. Prince is kicking the clown’s scrawny little can. The purple one reigns.

  13. Dear haters, don’t criticize us for our flaws and mistakes when you can’t see your own.
“ Love us or hate us. Either way we’re on your mind. ”

    • Idiot! You wacky fans are the ones doing the hating, yet you play the dumb card every time. Grow up,own up……you sicken me with the constant moronic posts of how Jackson is this, that and the other,a genius, god of music, only legend and other such nonsense.I think by now the world and his wife knows exactly what Jackson was, however, the truth seems to have passed you by.

      • read your post red lady – you hate
remember King of music – some tricks just dont work

your obsessed with michael- your not a prince , adele or bowie fan
your use those artist to attack michael

        seek help , anal clown

  14. To the 2 haters of MJ:
Remember what I told you. If they hated me, they will hate you.
Haters only hate the people they can’t have or the people they can’t be.
When people hate on you, it’s because you’ve got something they want.
Love me? Great. Hate me? Even better. Think I’m ugly? Don’t look at me. Don’t know me? Don’t judge me.
Think you know me? You have no idea.

    • The whole planet hates dancing skeletons that get away with sexually abusing the innocent and then, thumbs their plastic noses to the world. That was the woodpecking sloth, Michael Jackson. King Prince is honored, respected and loved. Michael Jackson is viewed as a filthy, disgusting predator that brutally abused both people and animals in his secluded Neverland Valley lair of horror.
