  1. Wacko croaked nude in his own bodily waste @ the imported hands of Dr Conrad Murray, begging and crying for his “milk” in 2009. It was almost 7 years ago. I remember it well. His cheap CD’s still packed the bargain bins the day after his laughable demise, whereas Prince sold out everywhere within minutes of his death. I continue to laugh @ delusional Michael Jackson fans that actually believe that that dead woodpecker is selling in large numbers. I know what I physically observe. Prince disappears off the shelves the second they are displayed @ retailers everywhere, while Michael Jackson’s worthless catalogue continues to collect a thick coat of dust, unsold and unwanted in the stores. I laugh & laugh & laugh. Michael Jackson fans want to tell us that the dirty dancer is still selling like hotcakes being on the bottom of the charts worldwide with one or two titles. No, he definitely is not flying off the shelves. That’s the other guy.

    His name is Prince.

      • Calling yourself the ‘teacher’ is somewhat s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g your ability to understand and accept what’s really true.

        • Hey, what about your such ”abilities” every time here & on kom to tell crass lies and insults? On soa we can’t find a song of Prince? What we should to read your posts? For what? All about your posts is irrelevant to us. We don’t care @ Prince and his records. Please, stop your insults, offends and your crass lies. We don’t need of its. Get a life!

  2. So, this week Prince has 10 CD’s on the Billboard 200?

Two are still in the top 4. Like I said, supply and demand. It amusing that you actually believe Wacko being on the bottom of the charts is something to brag about. Okay, Prince just died. How about when Prince’s estate makes a deal to release the vault material?

You have to know that those things take time. Prince is still selling like hotcakes. At least you are not claiming that Michael Jackson is currently number one like some of your fellow fans. Prince is doing better than any other deceased artist in recent memory. But you do not want to give him credit because it means shattered illusions of your hero?

    How dense.

  3. My sick mind?

No, it’s called reality. Sorry, there is no need to lie like Michael Jackson fans. Keep burying your heads in the sand. Prince is doing very well. I finally found a few Prince CD’s while I was out shopping today. I grabbed the last copies and paid full price. Wacko’s “Off The Wall” sat there packed in the clearance section for only $5.

Funny, I laughed & laughed. No one is buying Michael Jackson. The retailers can not seem to keep Prince in stock. He sells out very quickly. lol.

  4. YOU WROTE:
It falls way short of a billion. Prince sold 150 million before his death. 4 million every 3 days is 8 million a week x 4 (one month) = 32 million.

    150 + 32 = 182 million updated by May 21, 2016 for Prince. I laugh.

THIS IS THE GREATEST BULLSHIT I HAVE READ ON SONG OF AGES.- ALL LIES

THIS IS ALL IN YOUR SICK MIND

  5. Prince had world wide 16 number one hits – not 27 lol
After 1995 he didnt have a number one single

    its called inflated remember

    remember i check

  6. Prince has 10 albums in the top 200 billboard US
Michael has 3 albums top 200 Billboard US

Prince has no singles in top 100 billboard
Michael has no singles in top 100

diffrent numbers than you told me( remember i check )

  7. Michael Jackson on the bottom of the charts in like a drip drop leak. The tub will take years to fill up. Prince is like a waterfall. Sales are rushing @ full blast. The tub overflows. Of course, you Michael Jackson fans actually believe that Wacko sells millions being @ #50 or below on the Billboard.

    How precious.

  8. How am I inflating?

If Prince sold 4 million by April 24th, he sold much more afterwards. The charts documented 19 Prince titles in the US, 14 Prince tiles in the UK the following week. In reality, 32 million worldwide for Prince, in one month is a low estimate. Most of us can figure it out, but you want to ignore Prince’s sales. We know that Prince is clobbering Michael Jackson. No need for inflations. The shear volume of Prince’s massive catalogue says it all.

      • Outdated figures?

Stay current, dummy. Time has went by, but Prince is finally catching up to Wacko in less than a month after his death.

    • Prince has 10 albums in the top 200 billboard US
Michael has 3 albums top 200 Billboard US

Prince has no singles in top 100 billboard
Michael has no singles in top 100

diffrent numbers than you told me( remember i check )

      • this this week- 10 albums – not 19
all singles left the charts ( i warned you that was gonna happen remember )

  9. Why do Michael Jackson fans still repeat lies that have been disproven years ago like they are bond?

The dancing woodpecker never sold a billion records. He sold 200 million before his embarrassing nude death. He sold only 9 to 12 million since then. Add it up. 212 million @ the most.

It falls way short of a billion. Prince sold 150 million before his death. 4 million every 3 days is 8 million a week x 4 (one month) = 32 million.

    150 + 32 = 182 million updated by May 21, 2016 for Prince. I laugh.

Prince is catching up to Wacko rapidly, but Wacky Jackson fans cover their eyes and ears. They do not want to acknowledge Prince kicking MJ’s can.

  10. ??????????????
    I can’t win?

Prince was definitely superior to the lazy, untalented Michael Jackson. More music produced = more sales down the road. Prince has 2000 unreleased songs in the vault. Of course, that means enough for over a hundred new posthumous Prince albums. Michael Jackson will soon be buried. Easily beaten by the true king. That’s 2 Bad, huh?

  11. Laugh @ the Michael Jackson fan claiming that Prince wasn’t a great singer.

Prince was, and could play 27 different musical instruments.

Wacko could not compose, produce, act, direct, play a single musical instrument or even sing live on stage. The woodpecker lip synced while he grabbed his crotch when he was boppin’ to pre-recorded beats of the chick-a-dee. Tweet, tweet, tweet. lol.

  12. The new milestone continues Jackson’s reign as the best-selling artist of all time, with over 100 million sales for “Thriller” worldwide and 1 billion total sales to his credit.

Michael Jackson’s Thriller has become the first album ever to be certified 30 times multi-platinum for U.S. sales, marking more than 30 million sales in the States.

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) made the announcement Wednesday (Dec. 15) with the Estate of Michael Jackson, Epic Records and Legacy Recordings, as the new milestone continues Jackson’s reign as the most selling artist of all time with over 100 million sales for Thriller worldwide and 1 billion total sales to his credit.

Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’: Classic Track-By-Track Review

“RIAA has awarded Gold & Platinum records on behalf of the music business for nearly 60 years, but this is the first time an artist has crossed the 30X multi-Platinum plateau,” RIAA chairman and CEO Cary Sherman said in a statement. “We are honored to celebrate the unique status of Thriller in Gold & Platinum history. What an exceptional achievement and testament to Thriller’s enduring spot in our hearts and musical history.”

Jackson’s Thriller was released Nov. 30 1982 and spent nearly 2 1/2 years on the Billboard album chart with 37 weeks at No. 1, holding the modern day record. It was also the first album in history to spend its first 80 weeks in the album chart’s top 10, which has only been replicated once since.

From Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ to Taylor Swift’s ‘1989’: Albums with Five Top 10 Hot 100 Hits

The Quincy Jones and Jackson-produced LP was also the first ever certified RIAA 20 times multi-platinum, doing so after 112 weeks on the album chart — less than two years in all. Seven tracks off the album became top 10 singles with three — “Beat It,” “Billie Jean” and “Thriller” — topping the singles chart.

Worldwide, Thriller topped charts in nearly every market, hitting No. 1 in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Australia, Denmark, Belgium, South Africa, Spain, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada and apartheid South Africa. The album won a record-setting 8 Grammys with nominations in 12 categories — another first.

“It is crystal clear that Michael Jackson is simply the greatest and biggest artist of all time,” Epic Records chairman and CEO LA Reid said in a statement. “Not only are his charts hits and sales stats staggering, but his pure musicality was other-worldly. Thriller was groundbreaking and electrifying…it was perfection. I am extremely proud that Michael is the heart and soul of Epic Records and he will forever remain the one-and-only King of Pop.”

    • You Wacky Jackson fans can not figure out that Sony now owns Epic and they are begging for sales. Laugh @ CEO chairman LA Reid slobbering for a dirty dancer. lol.

  13. you got your ass kicked so easily – i think you should change artist

what about Madonna or bruce springsteen – they are from the 80 s

    • Unfortunately, Michael Jackson was from the 80’s also. Prince recorded ten brand new albums of material in the time it took Wacko to do two. Sorry, Madonna and Bruce Springsteen is irrelevant to the the battle between Prince and Michael Jackson. The biggest selling artist of the 80’s was Prince. “Purple Rain” won Prince an oscar. Michael Jackson hung on a pole as a scarecrow in the biggest Hollywood box office disaster of all time, “The Wiz.” Prince wins once again without the overblown hype.

  14. I did check the Austrailian album charts. Prince made it to #2 with “The Very Best Of Prince” but still put 3 top 10 albums, 2 of which went 2x platinum in that country. Laugh @ your bogus claims of Prince not being a worldwide artist. You do realize that the land of oz has a dense population that has its cities along the coast, don’t you?

Laugh @ you being a teacher. Wacko is on their chart with only one lowly release in Austrailia. You act as if that butchered skeleton dominates the world. He is about as relevant as Gary Glitter. Wacko would have gladly covered Glitter’s “Do You Want To Touch Me” (oh yeah)

His victims all said no, so Wacko put alcohol in their Coke cans. They passed out cold before the woodpecker could probe their little bodies.
