I never claim that “Around The World In A Day” was a massive seller. It still produced a couple of Prince classics such as “Raspberry Beret” and “Pop Life.” The album still went #1 and adds to Prince’s enormous legacy of greatness and superiority. Of course, it took Michael Jackson 5 long years to come up with “Bad” that was still a disappointment compared to “Thriller.” It was a crappy album that sold a lot?
It’s kind of like a cheap Chia Pet, as all Prince releases are still sold @ full price. Since Prince has died, my goal here is to present the facts in a respectable manner. He is gone, but his legacy will only continue to grow as time goes on, while the evidence of Michael Jackson’s tarnished legacy fades into the coming years. Everything points to Prince, especially with the future grand opening of the next billion dollar empire, Paisley Park. It is Prince’s Graceland. We are now entering into the era of the purple reign.
